Refeed did me good! I waited for about a month since the refeed. Body and mind are now mentally sane again. Came back stronger and conquered the program that scared me the most which involved travelling lunges and hack squats.

It took me over a year to understand the purpose of a refeed, I use to call it a cheat cause i would dream of eating ice cream, donuts, pizza.. basically shit loads of processed sweets. But I don't now cause I see it as a means of refuelling my body when I'm depleted. To reward myself I ate whole foods for my carbs like rice (I had 350g of rice yesterday 🤤), a banana and berries. Eating the right kind of carb benefits in so many ways. I don't feel bloated but leaner the next day and more alert. This is probably my favourite prep to date.

But I have a lot more to learn from mentor and coach @benperformancecoach. The human body is amazing and combined with the right mindset, it can achieve great things. .
Oh and I'm totally in love with the @underarmourmy Project Rock Sports Bra. Didn't feel I was worthy enough before to wear it. But sure as heck I'm earning my lines.
